This agreement has been made between J. Shashank, CEO of MENTORSBOT having corporate office at __________________________________________ and __________________________ (Designation) of (School Name) located at ____________________________ on the following terms and conditions that is effective from dated ____________________ till 12 months.

1.       That the MENTORSBOT has offered its services to school and school has agreed to take the services for one academic year only.

2.   The MENTORSBOT will give a pamphlet/ brochure with information about AI, Robotics & Cyber technology classes to school to circulate and take consent of parents if required.

3.       MENTORSBOT will conduct AI, Robotics and Cyber Technology classes in school if at least 100 students are interested to learn in a school.

4.       That the course curriculum for each class from 3rd to 10th will be provided by MENTORSBOT only and School can make amendments in the beginning but once it is finalized, it will not be changed.

5.       That the school will provide a room with electricity, light, fan and AC to manage the lab of AI.

6.       That the MENTORSBOT will provide equipment like robots, laptops, mobile devices, gadgets, drones for use that will remain property of MENTORSBOT only.

7.       That the MENTORSBOT and School will mutually make the timetable so that the children can learn AI, Robotics and Cyber Technologies in weekly classes.

8.       That the school will enroll the children and collect the fee from children on monthly/ bi-monthly or quarterly basis with the school fee and give the list of children to MENTORSBOT to whom the classes will be given.

9.       That the MENTORSBOT will give a certificate of Association with school and a board that school can use in its publicity.

10.   That the MENTORSBOT will send teachers in school to conduct classes as per scheduled periods.

11.   That the school will pay the service charge to MENTORSBOT between 8th to 10th calendar day of each month.

12.   The service charge (Fee) for this service is mutually decided Rs. ______________ (In words) per student per month.

13.   MENTORSBOT will keep the AI room locked and the school will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the equipment put in the lab by MENTORSBOT.

14.   If any of the parties is not satisfied with the other one, it can serve a notice of one month and the agreement will be terminated but the account will be cleared till that date and the school will allow them to take equipment to the MENTORSBOT that they have installed.

15.   In case of any dispute the jurisdiction will be Delhi Courts only
