Get ready for a challenging but fun test! You’ll answer 100 multiple-choice questions on an online sheet. You’ll have 60 minutes to complete the test. Each correct answer earns you 3 points, but be careful, wrong answers deduct 1 point.

Each student will get a different set of questions, and we tailor the question papers to match your class level (grades 3rd-8th) using the study material given to you.

We offer plenty of resources for your preparation, including e-books, videos, and sample test papers. Our ChatBot is also here to help you with any questions. For schools with multiple participants, we offer online webinars to help teachers prepare students for success in the championship.

Don’t worry; we provide a mock test to help you get a feel for the real thing and boost your confidence.

Registered participants will receive study resources via email and WhatsApp, and downloadable resources will be available on our website after the entry period ends.

1. Only regular students of class 3rd to 8th (In Academic Session 2024-25) of any school in India may participate in this Contest.
2. Applicants must have approval and guidance from his/her parents and school Authorities. Organizer may verify the approval on given contact numbers.
3. The dates and time of all the events will be published on official website https://mentorsbot.com/championship and Facebook page. It will also be communicated by SMS and emails to the schools, so participants are responsible to keep an eye on all these channels. We will not be responsible for any miscommunication.
4. The dates of Entry Form Submission, Contest, Results and Awards may be changed anytime without any prior intimation but they will be published on official website and Facebook Page so everyone associated to contest must keep watching both the channels.
5. The decision of the Jury will be final and no claim will be entertained regarding judgement, merit list, Awards or any decision.
6. Participation fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
7. Organizer can cancel any application or debarred the applicant to participate in contest for any reason and applicant may not ask any question for the same.
8. In case of any false, incorrect or incomplete information the candidature can be cancelled.
9. If candidate is unable to participate in contest for any reason like electricity failure or Internet breakdown or any mishap, organizer will not give another chance to him/her and the participation will be automatically deemed cancelled.
10. Organizer has right to postpone/cancel this contest anytime with just information on the website.

Q: Who is organizing this contest?

A: Green Bird Publications in association with IT Professionals Club (India) is organizing this contest. This contest was started in 2006 and during Corona Lockdown it was abandoned which is now re-opening.

Q: What happens if I don’t win the Contest?

A: No worries! Even if you don’t win, you’ll receive a participation certificate and valuable knowledge in Computer, Cyber Security, AI and Robotics.

Q: How will the prizes (Medals) reach the winners?

A: Prizes will be delivered to you by courier.

Q: What if I couldn’t attend the Online test due to Internet failure or any reason?

A: That will be bad luck. No extra chance will be given.

Q: Who will check the test papers?

A: Qualified teachers in Computer, AI and Robotics will assess the test papers, with the aid of AI tools.

Q: What is the benefit to schools for helping students to participate in this championship?

A: Schools that support their students in participating in this Contest not only contribute to their students’ knowledge but also receive free study materials, teacher training, and certificates. 

Q: Is there provision to get a refund of the fee?

A: No!

Q: Can we see the merit list of all the participants?

A: Yes, we will publish the merit list on the website, so you can check your position.

Q: Are the dates of the Online test and Results final or can they be changed?

A: The date of the Online test is final, but the dates of enrollment, result declaration, and prize distribution can be changed in special circumstances if necessary.

Q: How can I get the Study material for preparation?

A: It will be sent to you through your school and directly to your email.

Q: What if the Contest is cancelled?

A: If you’ve paid the fee for enrollment and the contest is canceled, we’ll refund the full fee. 

Q: Who will be Jury members?

A: Experienced computer, AI, and Robotics teachers will serve as jury members.
